  • Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
  • Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants’ short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
  • Maintain service quality provided by seller – low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
  • Manage mid-and-long tail merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
    2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
  • Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Responsibilities:
    Build user awareness of e-commerce on TikTok platform
  • Plan the annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, a specific category or a specific portfolio of products, execute against the plan by coordinating xFN teams, and conduct post-mortem analysis
  • Manage social handles with marketing team, and collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
  • Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
  • Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
  • Analyze competitors and trends in market
  • Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
  • For senior lead, Mandarin proficiency is a plus

4. Category Management, Fashion (e-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
  • Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
  • Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
  • Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
  • Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with Seller Development and
  • Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail sellers
  • Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
    6+ years experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Well connected to big players within the industry
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
  • English proficiency is a must
